Dear Crystal Flight,

I just had to write and tell you how thrilled I was with the Crystal Shuttle that I bought for my Cockatoo!

I was amazed at how well the Crystal Shuttle was packed when I received my shipment. There was absolutely no way It could have been damaged during it's journey. I have bought other mail order items in the past only to find that they were broken or damaged due to incorrect packaging. Thank you for the special care you took to ensure it's safe arrival.

I was able to take my cockatoo safely to the vet for the first time this past weekend. She was not able to get a hold of any place on the shuttle to chew or destroy it. I was able to cover her with a winter weight acrylic blanket and thus take her out on one of the coldest days of the year for a visit with the vet she needed badly. She remained calm during her ride in the car and was the most well behaved I have ever seen her at the vet. Even the vet was amazed!

Thank you once again. It means so much to know I can travel with my girl now for reasons other than a vet visit. It's now a pleasure rather than an ordeal as it was in the past. I give my highest recommendation and praise to the creators and distributors of Crystal Flight!

  Our pair of Eclectuses had three huge hatchlings, which is why we need the
additional carriers. We always receive wonderful complements about your carriers
wherever we go and the birds enjoy the ride. Thank you for providing a

 I use it all the time and my birds love to travel in the Shuttle. They are so much more comfortable being able to see what's going on around them, and I know they're safe in their carrier. I'm buying two more to accommodate my other parrots who want to travel in style too. Thank you for making such a great product!
